Different Signs of Swine Flu and Medicines to Help You and Your Child

We are telling you about signs of a swine flu. If your child or you think you have a swine flu read this article. We are also going to tell you what medicine to use to help you get better if you have swine flu.

Signs:

1. A sign of flu is if your child or you are throwing up. If the vomiting is severe or ongoing, this is a sign of Swine flu.

2. Another sign of swine flu if your child is turning gray or is bluish. If you are not breathing as well as usual that is a sign of swine flu.

3. If you and your child are not interacting and you or child is not drinking, this is a sign of swine flu.

4. If your child or you are coughing or if your child does not want to be held that is a sign of swine flu.

5. If your child is sleep or is achy and has a headache then that is sign of swine flu. This is a sign for adults, too.

6. If your child has over a hundred degrees temperature and has a really sore throat that is a sign of swine flu. This includes adults, too.

7. If your child has a runny nose or stuffed nose or is sleepy or has diarrhea and goes to the bathroom more than once, make sure your child tells you he has diarrhea. If he doesn't know, then tell him. These signs include parents too.

Medicines:

1. To cure swine flu, use Tylenol, Advil, Motrin and Nuprin.

2. Drink lots of water/juice/sports drinks.

3. Get enough sleep.

4. Go to the doctor and get your vaccine so don't get the swine flu.

5. Get probiotics in yoghurt and that can help you or your child.

6. You can eat garlic. Garlic is very strong. It can help get rid of the swine flu.

7. Echinacea is type of tea that can help you and your child.

8. Kombucha Tea is good and can help you and your child.

9. Natural Hand Sanitizer is good too. It can keep hands from germs.
