1 cup Cottage cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
4 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 tbsp Dill weed, fresh
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 cup Cucumber, seeded, shredded and drained
5 oz Shrimp, small

Place cottage cheese, yogurt, Neufchatel cheese, dill weed, sea salt and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Cover and process until smooth and creamy, approximately 30 seconds.2
Spread the mixture on to a shallow 9-inch serving tray.3
