Ingredients

Serves 8
1 cup Cottage cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
4 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 tbsp Dill weed, fresh
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 cup Cucumber, seeded, shredded and drained
5 oz Shrimp, small

Directions for Dilled Cucumber Shrimp Spread

Place cottage cheese, yogurt, Neufchatel cheese, dill weed, sea salt and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Cover and process until smooth and creamy, approximately 30 seconds.

Spread the mixture on to a shallow 9-inch serving tray.

Sprinkle with black pepper. Top with cucumber and shrimp. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with vegetable slices or whole grain crackers, if desired.
