Bannack State Historic Park is near Dillon, Montana. Bannack State Park is 21 miles west of Dillon on SR 278 then you can follow signs to BAnnack State Historic Park. Bannack State Historic Park is a ghost town now but at one time Bannack, Montana was the state of Montana's territorial capital. Bannack, Montana was a gold rush town in the nineteenth century.
