Guide to dining in Tampa Bay and the surrounding area: My first hot spot restaurant review is on Mugs n Jugs. They are located 1250 S Missouri Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756 and can be reached by phone (727) 446-0797. Their hours are Sun-Thu 10am-12am and Fri-Sat 10am-1am. This is real typical "guy" spot. If any of you have ever heard of Hooters, this would be the knock off version. They have great hot wings, and the best ranch dressing that you've ever tasted. You don't have to have much of a budget or attire for that matter to eat there. You can some really good eats there for an average of tern dollars. The atmosphere is sportsy offering karaoke and pool tables, which isn't so bad since that's the reason you're there in the first place.

If you make it all the way to Tampa Bay you have to visit this next place at least once. Jazzy's BBQ is the hottest spot in Tampa if you love bbq like I do. They are located 5703 W Waters Ave., Tampa, FL 33634-1216 and can be reached at (813) 243-8872. Their hours are Mon 11am-7 pm, Tues-Thur 11am-9 pm, and Fri-Sat 11am-10pm. Average meal prices are ten to fifteen dollars, which is pretty cheap for the best bbq on this planet. The atmosphere is family oriented and not too loud.

This third place listed is a bit more upscale than the previously listed restaurants but still worth the money. If you have thirty to forty dollars to spend on a nice meal then Donatello's is the restaurant for you. They are located 232 N Dale Mabry Hwy.

Tampa, FL 33609 and may be reached by phone (813) 875-6660 for reservations. Their hours are Mon-Fri 11:30am - 2:30pm, 6pm-11pm, and Sat-Sun 6pm-11pm. They offer authentic Italian dishes with live music and a lavish atmosphere featuring stucco arch ways. If this restaurant is more your fitting don't forget your wallet.

The next must visit for Tampa Bay is Grille 29, located 615 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. Their phone is (813) 221-2929 and they keep Sun-Thu 5pm-10pm, Fri-Sat 5pm-11pm hours. This restaurant offers more of scene than atmosphere, if you want to see and be seen this is the place for you. It does get loud and crowded so keep this in mind while visiting. Also keep in mind your wallet because the scene is not cheap, it will run you about thirty five to forty dollars per person (but well worth it). Their menu offers everything you crave plus waterfront dining and kid friendly. On the downside you have to park in a garage that charges a dollar an hour.

Last but not least is Armani's is a must located 2900 Bayport Dr, Tampa, FL 33607-1479, and can be reached at (813) 207-6800 make sure you call ahead for reservations. Dining will run an average of sixty dollars per person. Parking is offered through valet or garage. The restaurant hours are Mon-Thu 6pm-10pm, Fri-Sat 6pm-11pm. The menu is made up of very traditional high end Italian cuisine. Armani's offers a chance to meet a celebrity being one of their favorite hang outs.
