The microwave ready plastic bowls of Dinty Moore beef stew provide an extremely effective method for meals on the go. If your in a rush to go to work or school or need to be somewhere you can have a hot ten ounce bowl of Dinty Moore beef stew in about one and a half minutes. It cost about $17.50 for a case of six, or about $2.50 per individual ten ounce tray. This beef stew is a good source of Vitamin A and protein. It is high in sodium content however. It contains about ten percent iron and about a quarter of the saturated fat you should allow yourself a day. This of course is based on the famed 2,000 calorie diet.
The first thing you will notice when taking the first spoon full of the Dinty Moore beef stew, is the beef itself. There is a lot of beef in this stew, and it seems to be of a higher quality then most other canned beef or beef stews out there. It also contains carrots and a good amount of potatoes, the beef broth is also particularly tasty. The carrots and potatoes also seem to be of a higher quality then most soups, although they could have added a little something extra besides carrots,beef broth,beef and potatoes. Some green vegetables or onions would have been an interesting addition to this combo. Overall, it is a simple and very effective meal that can be cooked very quickly and it is quite pleasing to the taste buds for the amount of preparation taken.
In conclusion, Dinty Moore beef stew is recommended for people who love beef stew and that don't have the time to make it at home or go out to a restaurant. It is also recommended for people on the go that need a cooked and hot meal for under two dollars. If your looking for an easy to make, ready made beef stew and have not been able to find one yet, then Dinty Moore beef stew is you.

Dinty Moore Stew is great for camping and emergency food supply. One very remarkable and very desireable things about their stew is there are no preservatives. It really is a wholesome straight forward beef stew. We rarely have it as-is. Be adventurous and spice it up after you open the can. Add garlic powder or terragon, or any of your favorite spices to make your own unique creation.
