The caveman followed a Paleo diet list of foods that included cooked meat and fish, fruits and vegetables, berries and salads. You too can do the same as preparing the meals similar to the caveman diet is quick, simple and incredibly healthy. You will lose weight, strengthen your immune system and have more energy. Best of all you greatly lower the risk of chronic disease that associated with processed foods.
