i used a sponge to wipe up all the messes i made in the kitchen after making my man a sandwitch! which is my job, its the only reson i live!!!! help ME!!
I cut a sponge in half, wet it, put it in a plastic baggie in the freezer and use it as an ice-pack for my kids. It softens quickly, and contours well with the body - knees, face, elbows...wherever!
