Dishonesty: Tale-Tell Signs

Have you ever wondered if someone is lying to you? Does something they told you just not sound right or is unbelievable? Did you know there are signs that will tell you if a person is being dishonest? Have you ever watched an interrogation on TV and noticed their suspect's body language? There are sign that will tell you if a person is lying. When a person's lying they will act a certain way, which will give them away every time.

However, if you pay attention to their body language and eye movement, you will be able to spot a liar immediately! Most people will avoid eye contact or try to fool someone with too much eye contact. So next, time you are talking to someone, pay attention to their eyes. They will also touch their face with their hands or fidget a lot, while taking to you. Some they will look down or shift their eyes a lot, which will be sign that they are being dishonest.

When you question a liar, you will find that they fidget or shift their body around a lot. They feel like they are on the spot, but this can also be a sign of being uncomfortable. These can also be considered signs of an uncomfortable subject, so you will need to think an investigator. Most interrogators will, pay attention to the suspect's movements and body language. Some people will excessively touch their hands to their face or mouth a lot, when they are being dishonest.

This behavior is called reflexive psychological response or involuntary movements a person can't control. Plus, liars will forget the originals story and mix up details, which will show up when they retell their side of the story. Usually, they will try make up another one or get defensive. May liars will assume a defensive position, once you question their story. They will immediately defend themselves or try to change the subject immediately.

Most of the time, your gut feeling will tell when a person is lying and you're usually right. No matter what, you should listen to your instincts and feeling about someone's story. Start using your own investigating skills, in order to look for the tell tale signs of a person's behavior. Knowing these signs, will help you quickly spot a liar or someone that is being dishonest to you. Therefore, you will become an expert and save yourself from being mislead.

    Yes, the signs may indicate he's lying but its not always the case.

    I went out with a girl once who I absolutely adored., and I couldn't maintain eye contact and i was fifgiting all night. She then dumped me for no particular reason the next day. A few days laterher msn message had the tag "liars are the scum of the earth" so looking back I guess she thought I was lying to her that night and dumped me.

    Was i lying to her that night? No, I just liked her so much that I just felt totally out of my comfort zone.
