Disney Marathon 2010 winner is in! The Disney Marathon 2010 results happened in freezing temperatures. Who is the winner of the 17th annual Disney Marathon 2010? Adriano Bastos from Brazil won the Disney Marathon 2010. This is his sixth straight Disney Marathon crown!

The Disney Marathon 2010 winner is 31 years old and finished in 2 hours, 22 minutes and 8 seconds. An estimated 24,000 runners participated in the Disney Marathon 2010. Coming in second was Fredison Costa, 32, from Brazil at 2:22:41 and Jay Lumpkins, 24 from Florida at 2:24:24.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Bastos said through interpreter Juliana Cardiz about the Disney Marathon 2010, "Never in my life have I run in this kind of cold. My muscles got really numb at the end."
