Most people know of the "blooper" on "The Little Mermaid" video cover when first introduced. Parents were shocked to discover an object that looked like a penis hidden in the castle. Rumors flew that it was a disgruntled employee, and that was his revenge. The truth is the artist did work at Disney, doing years of artwork on video covers, CDs, McDonald's 'Happy Meals' packaging and graphics for toys. Upon being asked about this Alleged Penis, the artist said he was "rushed to complete the artwork" and yeah, it did kind of look like a penis. So Disney Airbrushed out the offending items.
There have been a few other bloopers like this in Disney's history, another "blooper" happened in the film "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." In the scene when Jessica Rabbit, and Bob Hoskins are driving to get to toon town, Benny the cab hits a light post, send Jessica flying from the car. While she is flying her legs and dress go open. And in a brief second it appears Jessica, "sensitive part is exposed, because she is not wearing underwear. I seen the film and happens so fast, that you wont be able to see it, but some one who got bored, put it on slow motion caught this. I didn't even know cartoon woman even had sensitive parts, but apparently Jessica Rabbit does, in that scene.
On January 8, 1999, Disney announced a recall of the 1977 home video The Rescuers because it contained an "objectionable background image." The Rescuers was Disney's most commercially successful animated feature at the time, making over $40 million at the theater. The Washington Post called it, "certainly the best Disney feature since 'Mary Poppins"'. When the video was released, people bought it by the millions. So why after 22 years was "objectionable background image" being called to attention? About 38 minutes into the film, Lady Bianca and Bernard charter a flight on their bird friend and are flying through the city. As they pass the windows of an apartment building, a woman is standing at one of them, naked from the waist up. In all honesty, it wasn't until an executive at Disney saw this film and realized the smiles on Lady Bianca and Bernard, were because they saw a naked woman, and decided it was indecent. When Disney announced the recall, everyone went huh? They ran out to buy the video before it was taken away and the 2 frames were clipped forever from the movie. Sales skyrocketed, because of people trying to see the alleged breasts in a 22 year old cartoon.
About halfway through "The Lion King", Simba, Pumbaa, and Timon are lying on their backs, looking up at the stars. Simba goes over to the edge of the cliff and flops back down. Some dust goes flying into the air; the dust mingles around in the air, swirling in a puff, just a lazy pattern. Hey wait aminute did the word SEX just appear in the sky? Disney claims no it was just effects but was closely examined and it just seems to appear that way.
One "blooper" I read about was from http://www.anomalies-unlimited.com/Disney.html and it has to do with the film "Fantasia", which was Walt Disney's pride and joy. In the film, Fantasia, there was a segment set to Beethoven's "Pastoral Symphony". Originally, there was a little female centaur named Sunflower who was pretty much a handmaiden/personal assistant for the tall, beautiful white, blonde, centaurs. Sunflower is drawn along racist lines to be a "pickininny Negro" - big lips, nappy hair and all. She was deemed not politically correct. She was removed from the 1960 release of Fantasia, and edited out of the 1990 50th Anniversary edition, and laser disks. The 50th anniversary DVD is so badly edited that after removal of the third appearance of dear Sunflower, the sound track isn't matching up with the film any more. In fact it's really out of sync. If Walt was alive would he have approved removing the sceane and causing this disrupt to the sequencing of the song. Sometimes you have to remeber the Time and era when a movie is made, adn when Fantasia was first out, that was the time and the term politically correct was not in the word vocabulary yet.
Disney will continue to make movies and I am sure in the future movies or even the ones that are out now, we will continue to find these "bloopers" It took them 22 years for the rescuers blooper to come out, so I am sure someone right now has Cinderella, Beauty and the beast and Finding Nemo on slow motion, looking for their "bloopers"

Interesting read!
Fantastic article. I have heard of these so called bloopers and am also of the opinion that there are some really bored people out there just looking for something to stir up. 3 words I have come to hate politically correct and surreal.
This is interesting...Bloopers or subliminal?..Disneyland is for lovers,... Disneyland is for lovers
