Disney Shows for Kids for 2009 and 2010

I have two children, 8 years old and 17 months, and I thought it would be fun to take them to a show this year. I have never done it before, but thought if I researched it enough, then I would do it. For other Moms and Dads that have the same thought, here you go; a listing of the top three Disney shows my kids would want to see. (Us parents, too!)

If you watch Disney Channel, then you might have heard of these guys. They are hilarious and very childlike. They are the Imagination Movers and they are problem solvers. If you have a problem, then give them a call. They are Rich, Scott, Dave and Smitty. They are problem solvers, but they are also a band that plays songs perfect for little kids. These songs teach kids the importance of cleaning up, sharing and many other life lessons, all in a fun way. They are hilarious on the TV show and I can't wait to take my kids to see them! If your toddler or even older child still likes Playhouse Disney, then this show is for you. Yes, it is a show, but aren't all concerts? This has Mickey Mouse having a party for his friends. You will see Handy Manny, Little Einsteins and Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Darby, too! I can't wait to see this one, too. It sounds very exciting and your children will have a blast dancing and singing to their favorite Playhouse Disney songs. You might even catch the parents singing just as loud as the kids! The Wiggles are one of our family's favorite bands for kids. We have many of their CD's and numerous shows on tape and DVD. Their songs are educational and fun, too. We have not seen them yet, but will when they tour the states again. I checked their website and they do not have their 2010 schedule up as of yet, but don't fret! All you need to do is sign up for their newsletter and they will contact you when they are on tour. Right now they are touring for October and November 2009.
