Disney's Toontown is a great source of totally original Disney costume ideas for kids. You can just about guarantee that nobody else will be wearing the same costume as your child. Toontown costumes are also great for winning costume contests. Disney Toontown costumes can often be made cheaply and easily from clothing in your closet and from the thrift store. The more complicated costumes can be made using cheap materials. Your best bet is to make a costume based on the villainous Cogs who are trying to take over Toontown.

Disney Toontown CEO Halloween Costume Ideas for Kids

To make a Disney Toontown Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Halloween costume for kids, get a white button down shirt with long sleeves and a gray pinstriped vest. Use fabric paint to create gray trim with dots at the end of the sleeve and at the shoulder. Make the CFO's grotesque mask out of cardboard and plastic. Get a cardboard frozen pizza box and paint it dark gray.

Cut a hole in the center large enough for your child's head to fit through. Make a neckpiece from chipboard boxes and paint it gray. Your child's entire head should fit through the neckpiece. Make a larger cylinder from chipboard and paint it all around to look like teeth. Make two inconspicuous eye holes in this section so your child can see out through the mask. Attach cardboard cylinders above and below the teeth and connect them on the sides of the mask with slender plastic or cardboard rods with hot glue. Paint these cylinders and rods silver with acrylic craft paint. Take a paper towel roll and a toilet paper roll. Cut the toilet paper roll in half and attach it on both sides of the paper towel roll with hot glue so they form a "T". Paint this "T" segment silver and attach it to the top of the mask with hot glue. Paint two ping pong balls silver to make eyes and attach them to the "T" segment. Attach green plastic pop bottles to the silver cylinder segment above the CEO's teeth.

Attach a gray golfing cap to the top of the mask with hot glue, making sure the eyes still show. Make a large cog wheel to go around your child's waist from cardboard boxes, then paint it gray or silver. Hold it in place with suspenders or attach it to the vest. Dress your child from the waist down in gray pants or warm ups. Complete the Disney Toontown CEO costume with some gray mittens and a golf club.

Disney Toontown CFO Halloween Costume Ideas for Kids

To create a Disney Toontown Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Halloween costume for kids, get a white button down shirt, a tie and a dark gray or green striped jacket for your child. Then make a mask in the shape of a cash register out of chipboard boxes. Paint the entire mask gray using acrylic craft paint. On the lower panel of the cash register mask, paint some blocky teeth.

Paint eyes at the top of the cash register mask where the sale amount would usually be. Paint cash register keys on the front center of the mask. Make small eye holes so your child can see out of the mask. Get a pair of suit pants or warm up pants for your child's lower body. Create a cog from cardboard boxes and paint it gray as in the CEO costume. Finish your Disney Toontown CFO costume with gray mittens.

Disney Toontown Cog Halloween Costume Ideas for Kids

There are also other easier Disney Toontown Cog costumes you could make. To make a Toontown Big Cheese costume for your child, get a brown pinstriped suit and a pair of black shoes. Get a frozen pizza box and cut and glue it into a four-sided pyramid shape that will fit over your child's head.

Cut some eye holes in the front of the mask. Paint the mask light green and draw or paint some darker cheese holes all over the mask. Also paint a frowning mouth below the eyes. Put big light green mittens on your child's hands to complete the Big Cheese costume.

To make a kid's Disney Toontown Corporate Raider Halloween costume, get a white shirt, tie and brown suit as in the Big Cheese costume. Wrap and tie a red bandanna around your child's head as if he were a pirate. Get a black eye patch to go over your child's right eye.
