Disney's Newest Cruise Ship: Ocean-view in Every Cabin of the Disney Dream
Ocean-View in Inside Staterooms? What?
Like virtually all cruise ships, the Disney Dream has inside cabins, and when Disney announced that all cabins would have ocean-views, people were left baffled at how this was possible.
The 150 inside cabins are going to feature "virtual portholes" that will bring the amazing views from outside the ship, indoors in real-time.
Disney will be installing high-definition cameras on the exterior of the ship and will have a live feed to the screens - or "portholes" in the inside standard staterooms. The view from each cabin will correspond with where that cabin is located and will be what the passengers that are close to them with ocean-view can view out there portholes.
Of course, being that this is a Disney Cruise Ship, and is being created for all the Disney-lovers out there, Disney has also announced that every once in awhile you may see a Disney character peeking in. Finding Nemo's favorite starfish, Peach may appear to be stuck to your "porthole", or Mickey Mouse may glimpse in and give you a wave!
Disney's newest cruise ship, Dream, really seems to be just that! Dreams being made possible in every nook and cranny. It is safe to say that every Disney lover is waiting to hear about the new features and elements that will be highlighted on this cruise.
