Display Cases for Your Scale Models

When a painter finishes working on a canvass, this is framed so this can be hung on a wall. The same goes when you buy or finish working on a model and the only way to preserve its craftsmanship is to put in a display case.

Display cases come in various sizes and shapes. Some are made of glass with a wooden base but others are made from clear plastic and acrylic. Once you put the model inside, you don't have to brush or clean the inside and just do it regularly from the outside.

But do you know which display case should you get? The answer is simply to measure your model so you know that it is not too small for your model.

Some hobbyists choose to get a bigger display case than normal so they can do other things with their model. They can create a diorama and add other details to it like a structure or a few action figures and then participate in a modeling contest.

You can buy display cases or have this custom made. So you know what is available, check out your neighborhood hobby store or online. One online store that offers display cases and models is at www.mytoycabinet.com.

Once you find what you like, you can pay using your credit card. Just make sure that you have a PayPal account.

Display cases are an alternative if you don't have a display cabinet to hold all your models. If you have a lot of models at home, you should get one that is stackable.
