DIY Acne Mask

Lia
Do you ever feel embarrassed to go out because you have a big pimple on your face? Or when people look at you, you think that they are looking at your acne scars instead. Throughout life, everyone has dealt with pimples someway or another. You can't hide it. It is not something that is just going to go away. As I was getting frustrated with my own acne that pops up whenever it wants to, I went into my kitchen. I took out the things that I knew was a good source for your skin and just start playing around with them. After playing around, I came up with a mixture that had helped me a lot with my pimple problems. So, I'm going to tell you the things that I used for this mask.

Items you need for this mask

First of all, get a regular sized bowl. Take about one to two teaspoon of olive oil and pour it into the bowl. Then after that, take about six to seven teaspoons of sugar and pour it into the bowl. Mix both of the items together. Make them into a thick paste. If the mask is too mushy, then add more sugar. It doesn't really matter how much sugar you add. Then get about half a lemon and squeeze it into the mixture. Mix it very well. After that, take out honey and just use about one teaspoon. Mix it with the rest of your mask mixture. The only important thing about the mask is to make it not have a lot of liquid so you can put it onto your face easier. Make sure to not put the mask near your eyes because you don't want the oil to get into your eyes. When you are done mixing it, put the mixture into a bottle. It does not matter what kind of bottle it is. You just want to be able to close it and keep it fresh for a few days or even weeks. Take about one teaspoon of the mask mixture and start spreading it around your face. If you don't want to use it on your whole face, then you can just do the mask on the parts where you have pimples. After you are done with putting the mask on, look at the time. You want to make sure that you put the mask on for at least twenty minutes. Wash your hands with soap and water because you will get a lot of oil on your hands from the mask. Then put the rest of your bottle mask into the refrigerator. Use it only two to three times a week. Make sure that after you use the mask, wash and scrub off your mask with face wash. Then use moisturizer on your face because it can feel very drying. I have used it at least three times a week and my face feel great. I love it! Not only does it get rid of my pimples, it also makes my face extra smooth and soft. I feel that my face feels like a baby's after I use the mask.
