Prior to tinting your car, you need to carefully clean the windows first. Clean the windows of your car thoroughly for at least two to three times until all unnecessary dirt is removed. Once cleaned, you need to prepare the materials needed for tinting your car.
Once you have all the necessary materials, you need to cut out the window tint. Make sure that the size is at least two inches bigger on each side so that you can be assured that you will be covering the entire window, especially the bottom part.
Before fully cutting the window tint, you might want to test the razor first to ensure that it cuts well and if it is still sharp. Once tested, you can already lay down the film or the tint against the window while ensuring that the removable plastic is facing towards you. The adhesive side of the film should be on the window and make sure that it fits perfectly.
You have to spray clean and hot water with soap solution on the window before you spread the film or the window tint across the entire window. Make sure that the adhesive side is on the window. The removable plastic should not be removed yet during this part.
Once you have soaped and spread the tint across the window, you need to use a squeegee to remove all the water. Air bubbles will be formed especially on the edges of the tint. You will be using the heat gun or the blow dryer to eliminate the air bubbles. The window tint will be tightly attached to the window once you have done this procedure perfectly.
After which, you need to wet the window tint with soapy water again and remove the plastic covering and start applying the window tint to your car window. Remove more plastic covering as you continue to attach the window tint to the windows of your car. Continue the process until all of the windows are tinted.
Once done, you will be amazed with the results of your newly tinted car.
