DJ Samantha Ronson Defends Lindsay Lohan Against Joan Rivers on Twitter
Joan Rivers used Twitter Friday afternoon to slam the actress who was just sentenced to 90 days in jail starting July 20th. Rivers started her comments by referencing Lindsay Lohan's nail art in court last week that said F**k U on each middle finger in nail polish.
Rivers tweeted, "Lindsay Lohan is so dumb, her idea of being sworn in is cursing at the judge." Rivers went on to attack Lohan's hard partying and drinking lifestyle by joking about her "80 proof liquid diet"
Rivers ended her rant on Twitter by tweeting, "Lindsay Lohan had 'F--- you' painted on her nails. What people don't know is that the judge had 'Eat me you party sk---,' painted on hers."
Later that evening Samantha Ronson noticed the comments about Lindsay Lohan being the top tweets of the day and immediately fired back at Joan Rivers by tweeting, "Hey Joan Rivers, you have collagen older than Lindsay, pick on someone your own age, oh wait I guess people that old can't hear."
Samantha Ronson's support of her ex-girlfriend did not fall on deaf ears though as Lindsay Lohan tweeted a few minutes later, "thank you ;) I love yams x ."Lohan has currently hired a Chicago based criminal defense attorney Stuart V. Goldberg to try and appeal the Judges ruling of 90 days in jail, 90 days at an in-patient rehab facility and 3 years of probation.
