DNC Chairman Admits: "Obama Too Busy with ObamaCare to Deal with Job Creation."

Snidely Whiplash
Is this finally the evidence that Obama is more concerned with the progressive agenda than running the nation? Seems so to me. I wish this were an offense worthy of impeachment proceedings. President's are elected to serve as CEO of the nation, not to walk in the door, wish list in their grubby little paws, and work getting their wish list into law as opposed to doing their job as CEO.

How much gum flapping rhetoric has Obama spent better than 2 years delivering about leading the nation, putting people back to work, leading a recovery and all the rest? And now DNC Chair Tim Kaine thinks it's a justifiable excuse that unemployment is out of control because Obama was working on health care for two years? Considering only a dedicated Obama sycophant would find that acceptable, who does Kaine think he's either fooling or helping with this admission?

Despite the complete lack of perfection of this nation and health care specifically, no one issue beyond protecting our national sovereignty should occupy the president...none! This is a dereliction of duty that I believe should rise to the level of an impeachable offense, but according to the Constitution it does not.

Despite the popularity and wonderment of His Most Messianc Self during the election cycle, he is not there to do the bidding of his pals who have a laundry list of goodies like children sitting on Santa's lap. Despite the glee of his supporters it's not the job of the president to deliver to his faithful their longed for desires. If Obama can be proven to have shoved aside and ignored working to actually better the nation and especially our economy so that he could concentrate on what is largely seen as his legacy - ObamaCare - then he should be censured at the very least.

Worthy of note is the potential of controversy about impeachment, it's Constitutional definition, and the words of former President Gerald Ford when he was in the US House of Representatives, who said "An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history." Ford made this statement in 1970 before the Watergate scandal and his presidency. (Wikipedia)

For the record, I AM NOT advocating any extra-legal proceedings by my side that will, beginning Wednesday, have the majority in the House. Unlike those on the other side, my outrage over Obama's foul actions does not give me carte blanche to toss aside the law to suit my wishes. As well, I think it nigh on impossible to expect such a contentious issue as impeaching their favorite son to occur.

The struggle to even decide legal precedence and have SCOTUS rule on the Constitutionality of impeaching Obama for major dereliction of duty is about as unlikely as progressive's ever admitting this is a foul and underhanded action on the part of their boy. For them it's all about getting what they want and clearly as their undying support for the un-Constitutional ObamaCare demonstrates, law and legal precedence means nothing to them. It's about the results...means justify the ends in their little minds.

I would however love to see the House take this on. I would love to see a SCOTUS ruling on if major dereliction of duty is impeachable.

I wonder, as president is C-in-C of the military, any UCMJ provision could be used? Likely not, but still an interesting thing to consider. In the military, dereliction of duty is a Court Martial offense and if severe enough is I believe punishable by incarceration. What DNC Chair Tim Kaine admitted Obama has done, ignoring the economy to pass his favored legacy legislation, is dereliction of duty of the highest order.

In the private sector one would be summarily fired for it. In the military jailed for it. Yet Obama will skate.

I don't like that man. He's a liar. He's a man who uses the office as a personal bully pulpit to future fortune. He's a liar. Just the other day the mouth that roared uttered this gem "As president, that's my commitment to you, to do everything I can to make sure our economy is growing, creating jobs, and strengthening our middle class. That's my resolution for the coming year." See? The lies never end. How many times has he already sworn fixing the economy was job number one?

Adding fuel to the fire, before the new Republican majority is seated Wednesday, there is Congressman Elijah Cummings, Democrat, Maryland, on Fox saying "we can't have fishing expeditions" referring to potential Republican Congressional hearings and inquiries about Obama's administration. Oh, ya mean NOT like the more than 300 Congressional investigations the Pelosi House undertook beginning in 2007? Like those "fishing expeditions?" The ones that turned up ZERO wrongdoing? Those 300 investigations?

Hypocrites, every one!

Obama has no intention of creating jobs. This destructive illegal fraud is here to destroy America, not to build her back up.

Behind the scenes this fraud is laughing as America suffers. It is what he has been sent here to do.

    Illegally infiltrate and destroy.

My response to Grassfire Nation. The conservative movements are twisting in the wind if O is not unseated.

The fix is already in for the 2012 Presidential election.

    Get this fraud out!!!!

As much as I feel that he is not living up to his promises, I am thinking the reason he/they haven't focused on the economy and jobs is because they are still at a loss for a real solution to the problem. Too bad he's not listening to you.

EVERY time the progressive machine open their mouths, it comes back to bite them in the ass. After they wake up to the facts you just presented, Kaine will end up in Alaska shoveling Lisa Murkowski's driveway.

the government has done nothing to help small businesses, Obama care will destroy the economy more and steal money from all of us

The US government is hostile to business and free enterprise in general. While we all might agree there are services worth supporting through reasonable taxes, we made the mistake of giving politicians an inch. They took ten miles. It's not about "left" verses "right." It's freedom verses big gubbermint. I can only hope a few Cass Sunstein employees come along to decry me for saying it, too.

Sadly, there is much truth in what you've written. Small businesses are falling by the wayside and they are the crux of job creation in America. I don't see this administration doing much to help entrepreneurs. I am praying for better days, Jimbo. cheers
