Do You Groupon?

A few months ago Groupon had an offer for 'The Golf Beaches'. It was at the Black-Light Minigolf. It was for 2 people with 2 drinks.

I went ahead and booked it as the price was only $8.

We have a timeshare in Treasure Island, and this is our week at the Voyager, so thought we would use it, as well as another offer we have.

Yesterday we put the details in the G.P.S., and ended up at John's Pass. We couldn't find the mini golf, so went to the office. We were told that they had closed down, and were pointed in the right direction to check for ourselves. Yes, it was closed up.

Lucky for us, we didn't drive the 40 mile trip, from our house as we were already in Treasure Island.

This offer is good until January 17th, 2012, so I am sure that there are many more people, that bought this deal. I wanted to prevent them from making a special visit to the area, just for this.

Groupon were amazing. I left a comment on their facebook page, and they emailed me for the details. I did this last night, and when I got up this morning, they are putting the money back on my credit card.

We are doing another Groupon tomorrow, a 90-minute Amphibious Boat Tour, called the Parrots of the Caribbean. I did phone them when we arrived to book our trip. This should be a lot of fun
