Do you know some of the most critical characteristics of the young generation entering the corporate jungle today? 16. They get bored easily and start seeking change
17. They are very much Self-Critical generation
18. They measure their performance through rewards
19. They are deeply consumeristic, they believe in instant gratification
20. They dread failure and rejection
21. They are driven to win at any cost
22. They are highly individualistic
23. They start working at a much younger age
24. They are focused on winning
25. They does not respect authority much
26. They are highly materialistic
27. They are not interested in long-term job-related benefits.
28. They are running for knowledge very aggressively.
29. They are not interested for life-long employment.
30. They want a good learning opportunity
31. They does not encourage emotional bonding with employer
32. They are bursting with ideas and energy
33. They are much more aware of the world
34. They prefer jobs which are adventurous and can deliver a range of interesting experiences.
