Dockers' Super Bowl Ad Offering Free Dockers Pants Continues Pantless Super Bowl XLIV Ad Themes
Dockers' Free Pants Ad Trumps Other Pants-Free Super Bowl Commercials
Dockers' Free Pants Super Bowl Ad
Dockers' 'Men Without Pants' Super Bowl spot starts out with a group of average Joes marching through a field and singing "I wear no pants." When their joyous pants-free stroll comes to an end the voice over says, "Calling all men: It's time to wear the pants."
This seems to be the most fun of the underwear-driven Super Bowl Ads, but that is not the reason so many internet searchers are interested in the commercial. Dockers is offering a free pair of khaki pants to the first 2,010 people to enter.
You can enter to win a free pair of Dockers khakis online by going to Dockers.com. You will have to enter your email, gender and zip code. Winners will be notified via email on Monday, January 8.
Careerbuilder.com Pants-Free Super Bowl Commercial
Careerbuilder.com's 'Casual Friday' Super Bowl commercial was the first in the pants-free ad line-up. Like the Dockers free pants ad, this spot featured average men (and women) in their underwear. Instead of being outdoors, this commercial was shot in an office setting. Unlike the Dockers ad, the tone was not celebratory and without the benefit of shirts. It featured a fully clothed office worker made uncomfortable by his new company's Casual Friday dress. The men and women in the office worked unencumbered by any clothing, with the exception of bras and underwear. Much to this guy's dismay, the 'boss' declared the dress code to be week long. Hence the need for the online job finder's services.
Coke's Pants Free Super Bowl Ad
Coke was the last company to offer Super Bowl viewers a commercial featuring a pants-less sleepwalker. Coke's 'Sleepwalker' commercial features a man camping. His nocturnal need for caffeinated goodness causes him to sleepwalk in his boxers and a t-shirt. He unknowingly ventures through what appears to be an African safari, encountering big cats, elephants and snakes. He even manages to walk the edge of a cliff without falling. All is better when his urge for a Coke is satisfied.
