Documentary Film Distributor Adds Foreign Film Division

Snag Films, an online distribution network for documentaries, struck a $10 million dollar deal Monday to expand its digital network which includes a division for foreign produced independent films.

Bingham Ray, former president of United Artists, will help shape the group into this new market.

In related news, the San Francisco Latino Film Festival's call for film entries is now live and open to films made by or about Latinos from the U.S. and abroad. To qualify, films must be made between 2008 and now. Short and feature films are welcome. Deadline to submit is June 1, 2011. Click here for our PDF entry form.
