Does the American Populous Come Second in Our Own Society

I do not mean to be offensive here with my opinions, but I have continually noticed trends with big businesses within our society and government. I annoyed and feel like complaining about the situations that we have been placed into. Laissez faire has always been a large part of American culture, but has it taken too large of a part within our society? Large businesses are complicated, rich, and greedy. They seem to be without limits and privileges that seem to be rather more extensive than they should be. They obviously control our society and have forced us to completely rely on them throughout American history. They come first before the people, the government addresses the businesses needs before the populous'. Now, we must recognize that we don't need them, they need us. Without us, they would be out of business; those CEOs would have no money and no power and privileges over us. Not to be offensive, but the reason they believe and we believe that we the people need them is because we blindly and ignorantly follow them without truly receiving anything in return. Reciprocity is not equal or as fair as it should be within our society. For anyone who has taken a train before and has had that train delayed or has sat on the train waiting for a cargo train to pass knows how exceedingly annoying waiting for it to pass. Why is it that a freight train gets right away over a passenger train? It is blatantly obvious that business affairs come first and the people come second while they are forced to sit on the side line. How have we let this happen to our lives? It is not life threatening occurrence but we shouldn't have to come second. What is so important in those containers that they can not come second to us? We are the ones who purchase those goods, technically we own those goods, so in reality we are letting our property come first and control the time in our lives. We are putting a hold on our lives for inanimate objects. Our ignorance has allowed for the creation of a slippery for big business to control our social world. Look at our government; they create privileges for big businesses that pretty much say that their needs should foremost come first. So by looking at the laws created by government concerning big businesses do we even have a proper Laissez faire system? We have been ganged up against by two powerful organizations that hinder our privileges and bank accounts. Instead of going after the amount of money that big business have the government targets the middle class and then gives tax breaks to the big businesses. We are being used and controlled large corporations that believe they should come first, but why should they? And why are we letting them?...
