Not only is Bristol Palin a new member of season 11 of DWTS, Palin speaks professionally on "pregnancy prevention, abstinence, faith and life" and commands up to $30,000 per engagement. But what does abstinence have to do with dance?

The principle beauty of dance is the movement of the human body as it bends, rotates, stretches, jumps and turns. This body language, combined with a partner, can be as beautiful as an 18th century oil painting. "The next time you look into the mirror, just look at the way the ears rest next to the head; look at the way the hairline grows; think of all the little bones in your wrist. It is a miracle. And the dance is a celebration of that miracle," said famous dancer and choreographer Martha Graham. The aim of modest outfits is to cover the body. Is that not the antithesis of the art of dance and the art of movement?

The beauty of the human form in dance has nothing to do with immorality
