The market is currently flooded with supplements and so-called vitamins that supposedly work to give out a miracle result in the disappearance of the fats unsightly fats in our bodies. Few of these marketing gimmicks really work which usually end up stashed at the back of our cabinets after a few weeks intake only to be taken out worn and dusty and therefore declared a total waste of money. This leaves us back to question the presence of fat loss supplements and vitamins to enhance our body image.

Most declared fat-loss supplements and vitamins are not proven by the food and drug organization of its issuing country. They are actually declared as herbal supplements. While its drug literature would claim "no proven effects" to comply with the medical and pharmaceutical standards and bioethics, in incredibly tiny letters, the large advertisement posters often sing a different tune.

Most of its users after having tested the product would often claim that most products do not actually work very well. Usually in a study of weight loss products, most users claimed that there is still too much fat to lose even after the full completion of several regimens. A certain drug has been recently been studied by medical professionals known as Yohimbine Hydrochloride (HCL) which has for years been used to treat male impotence that actually decrease fat synthesis in the body and increase fatty acid mobilization from fat stores in women especially in the hips. This is still under study which could be a viable aid to body fat loss.

Having set aside the various ideas and theories regarding fat loss, most users are still inclined to continue experimenting with other products in the effort to loose weight without almost lifting a finger. Often they fall prey to the commercial stints that never produce good results.

Certain machines are also promoted as contraptions to make exercise easier, but as resistance is limited to the body art in question, there is lesser effect as well. Certain body wraps, endermologie help fat loss slowly by several expensive sessions of massage that can actually be done at home with an assistant and a massager. The stimulation offers limited effects however which is why a diet program is included in their promotion.

Even legal dietary supplements claim to quickly and effortlessly remove excess weight. Unfortunately, the client fall prey to these false claims hoping that at least one had to work as advertised. Countless dollars on popular supplements often returned with no particular effect that came in a pill, powder, or spray that helped in eliminating excess weight or fat loss. Some of these companies operate legally and continually advertised amazing results, yet delivered nothing.
