For years I've been wondering if the Internet guru get rich quick schemes are real or not. With Internet gurus like Robert Allen and Carlton Sheets. Who really gets rich. After reviewing most of these online get rich schemes, I have found that they do work for people that actually have good to great credit. But after college I also have tried the get rich quick schemes like no money down Real-estate.

That no money down Real-estate, is great for people with good to great credit you have great credit you'll make a lot of money and Real-estate. Even good credit will get you a lot of money in Real-estate. After I have purchased my get rich quick no money down Real-estate, I realized that the only person that really gets rich is Carlton Sheets and Robert Allen and others like them who make these programs.

Following the courses you will realize that the situations really do work only if you qualify for the way the program is laid out. Even though it does date that you don't need great or good credit to accomplish financial stability, it is not the case to less you know people who have the money to let you borrow. As of now most banks will like the applicants to have a credit score on at least 600 and up.

When I first began investing, I was given some very practical advice regarding education that you can never have too much of. I accepted that advice and it has played a major role in my life. I've learned to budget my time and money as well as continue my education. I didn't have good credit or great credit what I had was what they called no established credit which is the same as bad credit.

I didn't have banks jumping out to loan me money, I also didn't have friends that had a lot of money to loan me. I had to work two jobs and save up some money to have a nice lump sum to put down as a down payment. Even with a down payment I still have a hard time getting banks to do business with me. I did however find banks, but they had high interest rates.

I've also learned it is important to know the history of the house you plan to purchase. It is important to make sure there's no liens or outstanding debts on the house. Another problem people ran into once they buy the house, they didn't have good enough credit to get a big enough loan to remodel the house to make it livable or resell for profit.

Real-estate will always be a great business to learn. For as long as people only if we always need a place to live meaning a roof over our heads. You wonder why there's always for closure listings, well it's people who didn't succeed at selling or owning the house. Goes to show you it's not as easy as it's cracked up to be.

We all want the American dream, big house on a hill, white picket fence kids and a dog. And they can all truly be accomplished, not by simply following these get rich quick courses, but by common sense, a little investment and the ability to learn. Also mixed with a little patience.

Some say the best ways to start, are to start with multi unit properties. Multi unit properties can benefit you in many ways. By have a multi unit properties you can use your rental units to pay off your mortgage or bank loan. Another good thing with multi unit properties as you can also use the money from your rental units as payments one other properties.

The best no money down properties or multi unit properties to buy or the rent a Home Properties. Some rent a Home Properties you can rent and move in a few years a home just the same as if he was pay regular rent. Nobody wants to rent forever. We all plan on owning our own home eventually. Some rent a Home Properties you don't even need a bank, you can make your transaction straight with the owner which works out for people with bad credit.
