Turbo Jam Reviews: Price
Price is important, so I will start here. You should expect to pay about $60 for all the parts of Turbo Jam that you need to get started. I found this a little pricey, but compared to a gym membership in a large city, it was super affordable.
You can also try buying it on Ebay o save a little money. You might also find it for a swap on free cycle if you live in a larger city.
Turbo Jam Reviews: How to Use
You need a DVD player, which most people have. Any machine that plays DVD will play these videos. Basically, to get started was petty easy. I watched the intro, which I do recommended.
Next, choose the program you want to do. They recommend a 20 minute starter workout for beginners. I used this one first because I was somewhat out of shape, plus I was intimidated by all the moves.
So, yes, there are tons of moves that can take a bit of learning. My best tip is to simply watch it and keep up as best as you can. If you have ever done group aerobics or Taboo, then you will have no treble with this one.
Turbo Jam Review: Did It Work for Me
Yes, it does work. For me I found this product to be very much like Taboo. I am not saying they are copying Taebo, but it is the same idea. I am your regular old person at home trying to work out and not a nutritionist or personal trainer, so I can only base this on having tried both.
If you already have all the Taebo videos I suggest saving your money and sticking with those. I have been using this for just shy of 8 weeks and have noticed toning in my arms and abs. I sort of already had thin legs, so not too much difference there.
Turbo Jam Review: Overall
Overall, I like this video work out program. The music is the only annoying part, but it does get you moving, so that is awesome. It is a good product that works if you follow it. I can not say it is so different from others as to be spectacular, but if you have not loaded your home up with other unused work out tapes, then try it!
