Boldness is a serious problem. Since early ages man in their late thirties are getting the problem of being bold, but nowadays the problem is becoming larger and larger, and many people are searching a solution.

Moreover people without hair growth problems are having the need of longer hair in a short period of time. That's why finding a solution for faster hair growth or a cure for boldness is so important. However even with modern equipment scientist can't seem to be on the right track of solving the problem.

Without a modern way to having a faster hair growth, people are turning to more traditional and harmless ways of lengthening their hair. One of these ways is known to be drinking milk. There seem to be many urban myths of using milk for hair growth, but is it scientifically proven that milk helps your hair growth?

Well, there isn't any record of a study directly connected with milk used for solving your length hair problems, but today we know more for the human body and how it works than ever before.

Milk is a healthy drink, as it contains vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamins from group B. It also contains protein and calcium. However the mentioned above is contained only in milk, which has not been treated in any way.

As for hair - it consist of two parts, which are as follows the part underneath the surface, where hair growth is mainly controlled, and the other part above the scalp, which is made of dead skin. Mainly made of protein is the shaft.

So protein is good for your hair, as are B vitamins, which are contained in the skin. However they strengthen your hair and make it more beautiful. It is not proven that using milk for hair growth is actually helping, as every man has genetically coded information, which is used when it comes to hair growth, and it can't be controlled.

So to sum up it is not scientifically proven that milk helps your hair grow. However drinking milk is definitely helping your hair in a good way, and as there are so many urban myths that it helps with the growth of your hair, it probably, in some way, is true.
