There are no artificial ingredients in Dojo products and the dairy products used by Dojo are hormone free. The sorbettos are vegan. Dojo uses locally purchased products when possible.

Dojo Gelato offers 12 different flavors ranging from simple vanilla all the way to the much more unique, Porkopolis (a Cincinnati nickname) which contains bacon. Sorbetto comes in various flavors depending in the fruits of the season.

Dojo Gelato is not inexpensive, but the consumer is paying for quality. A small Dojo Gelato costs almost $4.00 and is indeed a very small serving. A medium quantity of Dojo Gelato runs around $4.70. One thing that is unique about Dojo Gelato is that you can choose multiple flavors for one purchase. For example if you choose the small size, you can get two different flavors served in the same cup. If you choose the medium size you can get up to three different flavors of gelato.
