This review is fresh off the oven. Yesterday-Sunday July 25, 2010, we were at home bored and restless. Weather was rough outside and we had nothing to do. So we drive to Littleton Road Domino's Pizza, and story begins.

Ignored and Annoyed

We rush into the store, with our daughter in tow-trying to beat the fast failing rain. We get no greetings and no response from the store employees. There were three people working at that time.

It had been a while since we were at a Domino's so it took such some time to order. We get no response from them, even then. After we finally decide and try to order, we were completely ignored.

I was so frustrated and my husband was ready to leave. Then, out of annoyance, I said "Hello!" pretty loudly. Finally someone came to take our order.

Our pizza was ready in 10 minutes, which is pretty quick service but because of the employee attitude, this did not mean much to us.

We left the store bitter, I am sure we are not going back again.

The Pizza

Our pizza-Pacific Veggie, was OK. It was bit greasy than we prefer but the crust was good and the toppings were not too shabby.

Verdict

Domino's Pizza has launched a huge marketing campaign to lure back customers who have been fleeing to Pizza Hut or Papa John's. They should focus on individual stores and attitude of their employees too. If you have a good product but crappy people, customers are not going to be happy and your business is going to suffer.
