Cap Cana, one of the world's most exclusive tourism and real estate destinations, reached recently a new sales record, selling more than US $300 million gross and more than 95% of inventory in the first four hours of the Trump Farallon Estates at Cap Cana sales launch. Trump Farallon Estates constitutes the first creation started by the mutual project contract recently signed between Donald J. Trump and Cap Cana, S.A.

The sales launch is the highest figure reached in the shortest amount of time by any tourism real estate project in the Dominican Republic or the Caribbean. Trump Farallon Estates consists of 68 lots of land, ranging in size from 1.6 to 12 acres, and priced from US $3 million to US $12 million. The estates will be located within a gated community on top of the highest bluff in the area, at 200 feet above sea level, with spectacular views over the entire Cap Cana property and the Caribbean Sea.

Real Estate investor Donald Trump arrived at Cap Cana for the sales launch, meeting with Dr. Ricardo Hazoury, Cap Cana's Board President, as well as the distinguished owners of this unique product. "We are very satisfied by the extraordinary results obtained at this sales launch, it has been spectacular. This reflects, without a doubt, the trust buyers have in Cap Cana," stated Dr. Ricardo Hazoury.

Trump declared that never before has a Caribbean real estate project sold the record established by Trump at Cap Cana in just one day. Reiterating his feeling of Cap Cana's greatness, Trump congratulated the privileged buyers on their investment. He emphasized that during his years traveling around the world and making successful real estate investments, he had never found a place like Cap Cana.

Following this extraordinary sales launch, Cap Cana continues to be extremely attractive to future investors interested in Trump at Cap Cana, both at the national and international level. Future Trump at Cap Cana developments include a golf course, golf villas and golf lots, estate lots, a beach club, a condo hotel, and residences with ocean views.

Located in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic, Cap Cana, the "World's Next Great Destination," is the most important tourism real estate development in the Caribbean. With more than three miles of white sand and crystalline water beaches, Cap Cana is recognized for its dimension, and its vision of becoming an enormous community where luxury and exclusiveness are well integrated.

The completed project will include more than 5,000 residential units and and at least four luxury hotels. Cap Cana will also include five golf courses, three of them signed and designed by Jack Nicklaus. The first golf course, Punta Espada, opened in November 2006, with the second, Las Iguanas, right now under construction and scheduled to be open at the end of 2008. The project also features the most complete and modern marina in the Caribbean. Recently completing its first phase and inaugurated in April 2007, the marina will house more than 1,000 slips for yachts of various sizes, including mega yachts, upon completion.

Cap Cana will also include leisure activities and services such as elegant boutiques, world-class spas, gourmet restaurants and exclusive memberships to yachting, sports and beach clubs.

Donald J. Trump established The Trump Organization in 1980 as the umbrella company for all of his real estate development and other corporate affiliates. In addition to being one of the largest developers in New York, Trump is currently building residential, hotel and golf club projects in: Las Vegas; Chicago; Miami; Los Angeles; Atlanta; Hawaii; Westchester, NY; Beminster, NJ; Aberdeen, Scotland; Panama City; Dubai, UAE; and now, Cap Cana, Dominican Republic.
