Donald Trump Exploits American Democracy

There is a growing awareness that Donald Trump is a fake candidate who exploits American Democracy. Every four years he pretends he is running for president just to get the free publicity to advance his own business interests. Running for President is a very noble and patriotic thing to do, but exploiting the system just to gain free publicity is despicable. Trump's candidacy was evaluated on this web site and it was apparent that he was not presidential timber.

The American public is beginning to understand his scheme and is becoming aggravated. Mark Perkel of Gilroy California is writing letters to the editor across the country. Look for one in your local newspaper. Here is the one that appeared in my local newspaper.

Ignore Trump when he hints he's running for president

Sometimes I think the news media is deliberately trying to make the public stupid.

Every four years Donald trump pretends he's going to run for president and every four years
he decides not to for the same reason.

Trump likes being a billionaire and he's not going to give that up to get a real job.

But every time, the news media act like he's serious.

Why don't they just say, "We're not going to cover this because it's stupid?"

America is in real trouble and no one is taking it seriously.

If the news media were really covering the news, they would be discussing real issues like the fact
that America is collapsing.
