Posture. Make sure you pay attention to your posture. Stand up straight, hold your stomach in. This will help strengthen your stomach muscles and make you look like your stomach is smaller than it really is. You will also actually feel better with better posture. When you hold your shoulders high, you will have the belly looking smaller than it really is. No matter what else you try to do to make your stomach look smaller, posture will always be the first thing that you need to do.
One piece Body Suits. These are inexpensive and very comfortable. These are not like the old girdles that your grandmother struggled with to get on every day. These are easy to put on and no one will even know that you are wearing it under your clothing. They are made out of material that will hold your stomach in and make you look slimmer. You can actually look a few inches smaller while wearing a body suit. These are usually 2 pieces that you can wear together or separately. You can wear them under many clothes without anyone noticing. These can be worn year round and most of the times you don't even know that you are wearing them. These are great to flatten the belly and give you a flat tummy look.
Wardrobe: Wear clothing that isn't snug around the mid section that will call attention to your belly. You don't want to call attention to the belly. Wear shirts that will make peoples eyes look other places. Wear heels with your shoes to make you look taller and better proportioned. Wear designs on your clothing that will make you look taller and slimmer. If you are wearing shirts that have ecstatic at the bottom of the shirt, make sure that it is under the belly, and not right at the waist.
You don't have to have attention on your belly. There are many ways that you can make it appear smaller than it really is. Until you get the smaller stomach by diet and exercise try these great tips to appear like you have that smaller stomach already.
