Don't Push Me

A Poem

Linda Stamberger
Don't push me too fast,
make our time last,
I've made that mistake,
the martyr is not a stance I like to take,
the future is ours, if we play the
game of chance, don't make this be
our one and only dance.

To each in his/her own time and in his/her own way. No two exactly alike. Nicely done.
