My daughter is a huge Dora the Explorer fan and these easy up training pants make potty training a little easier. So should you choose Dora the Explorer Training Pants over the other brands?
Pros:
Dora training pants are cute. They have a variety of different Dora themed patterns that my daughter loves and wants to wear.
The gel in the training pants let your little one know they are wet. They do absorb like a diaper, but something in these training pants makes them feel wet when your child has an accident.
Your child can put them on themselves. They are made for toddlers to be able to easily pull them up and then down when they have to use the potty. It gives your child a sense of independence. They can do this themselves without having to lay on the floor and have mommy put a diaper on them. They area huge step up from diapers and makes your little one feel like they are finally in big girl pants.
They are really absorbent. I have never been worried that my daughter will leak through her easy-up pants. She even wears them overnight with no problem.
Using Dora training pants gives you the piece of mind that you will not get with just putting your child in big girl pants. You will not have accidents that end up ruining your hardwood floors.
Cons:
They seem to run a little small so buy one size up. I use size four diapers for my two year old, but need to use size five pull ups. I tried size fours, but they were a little snug and she kept ripping them when she tried to pull them on.
If you think simply putting these pants on your child will get them to want to use the potty you will be disappointed. They do become gel like and feel wet when your child pees, but that didn't seem to bother my daughter. She truly didn't mind sitting around in wet diapers. The good thing, if your child will not tell you that the diaper is wet and needs changed, then you can simply look at the diaper. The diaper has little blue flowers that fade into a blue panel when your child wets.
Some of the absorbent gel can get on your child's bottom. It is harmless, but still it is a little alarming when you see this gel on your little one.
Where To Buy:
Dora Easy Up Trainers are easy to find at local retailers such as target or Wal-Mart. They can also be purchased online at sites such as Alice.com, Drugstore.com, or Diapers.com.

These sound pretty cool for little girls!
Good review. My granddaughter loved Dora when she was "little." (She's SIX now, you know!)
I liked these too, but usually end up opting for a store brand because they're so much cheaper (pullups are more expensive than diapers anyway!). Good review!
