Dot to Dot

There's this point in my life that never really ends
Because if it did I don't think I could begin
I imagine beginnings and play the role for the day
But that is the point you know when you begin
If life were a dot to dot imagine the picture I've made
The points that I've made keep coming around again
Maybe my problem is I use a blue pen
I'll embrace this picture and start using green
Stuck at a point and feel like a dot
I'll turn that dot to a color instead
