Doug Wilson Evaluates Prison Cell, Nikki Blonsky Cleared of Assault and Jennifer Garner Goes into Labor?

As of right now, it is several hours away from the New Year. I wonder how many celebrities can get arrested during that time? So far, we've seen Matt Dillon get arrested for speeding, Charles Barkley getting a DUI and now interior designer Doug Wilson has been added to the mix.

A spot of good news: Hairspray's Nikki Blonsky has been cleared of assault charges and Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck may very well welcome their second child before or soon after the New Year.

Doug Wilson's Bad Behavior

Frankly, I think any male celebrity who hasn't gotten arrested between the hours of Tuesday and Wednesday morning should take heed of those who have. Should you really party extra hardy this New Year? Maybe you should have that designated driver after all.

Interior designer Doug Wilson of Trading Spaces spent the night in prison after being arrested early Tuesday morning for driving under the influence, among other colorful infractions.

If Wilson was attempting to get home without attracting attention to himself, he didn't do as good a job as he may have thought. According to E! Online, Wilson was pulled over by police because he failed to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle. He was further charged with driving on a suspended license and unlawful transportation of alcohol. He was released from the Decatur County Jail on a $1000 bond a few hours after he was imprisoned.

Nikki Blonsky's Record is Clear

Though things looked a little hairy for Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky after she and her father were arrested after the July smack down between them and America's Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden, her record has been wiped clean.

According to E! Online, both Blonsky and Golden have had the assault charges dropped from their records. Not so lucky is Blonsky's father, Carl, who faces charges of assault and inflicting grievous bodily harm. He could face up to five years in prison if convicted.

The fight between Blonsky and Golden's family in the Providenciales International Airport was reportedly caused by the Blonsky family saving seats in the departure area of the airport. Blonsky told People Magazine that things became heated when Blonsky asked Golden not to point her finger in her face. Reportedly, Golden then punched Blonsky in the face, leading to the brawl that left Golden's mother in need of medevac-required attention.

Here's hoping that Blonsky's appearance on Ugly Betty Jan. 8 will allow her to get her life back on track.

A Baby for Ben and Jennifer?

A bleary-eyed Jennifer Garner was photographed clutching husband Ben Affleck's arm as they entered Cedars Sinai Medical Center early this morning for unknown reasons. Though unconfirmed, it seems that the former Alias star may be on the verge of giving birth. However, since the pregnancy was barely confirmed in August, no one knows for sure how far along Garner really is. Whenever the baby is born, he/she will join 3-year-old big sister, Violet.
