Down on American Politics

Feeding Frenzy

Deez
The Democrats are like a bunch of starving "Hyenas" that have gone without food for 7 years. They are ravenous and willing to eat the young of their opponents to complete their "Coup De Grace." The interim election victory made the "Democrat Feeding Frenzy" more intense and horrifying to watch. Lets hope that John Edwards rises to the top and devours the other "Hyenas"...I mean candidates. He seams to be the only candidate, in my opinion, who truly represents his party well (not really he's just marginally better than the rest). The others, despite the money they have raised, shouldn't get a chance. In short...they suck. Just remember they are politicians and they will tell you anything to secure their advancing grip on Washington and not one of them is really worth the paper we sanitizes our derrieres with.

The Republicans, on the other hand, have had to save face as best they can by entering the race early just keep pace with the "Hyenas." The republicans have that thousand yard stare of a combat veteran, with a dumbfounded look plastered all over their party. They are fighting blind like a boxer who has been soundly beaten for 12 rounds of heavy weight action...someone please throw in the towel...it's just to hard to watch. Witnessing this election run, on the Republican side, is like watching rats fleeing a doomed ship with the "Stubborn Captain" still aboard. Here's hoping John McCain rises to the top of the putrid cream that is otherwise known as the "Republican Party." At the very least McCain has served his country in a time of war and knows first hand what is at stake for the soldiers and maybe the country. Then again, all those years in a prison camp may have made him a little unstable. Once again, as with the Democratic Party...the derriere scenario applies.

The independents...well lets just say...they don't have a clue and aren't relevant. Some good ideas but no money, no media coverage, no groundswell, no hope, and no clue how to get the aforementioned. I don't even have a clue who is running or going to run. How pathetic is that?! Where have you gone Ross Perot?! What about Jesse "The Body" Ventura...that might be kinda fun...I liked him in that movie with Arnold, what was it now?! I got it...why can't we amend the Constitution and let "THE TERMINATOR" run the country...I bet the Muslims will shake in their shoes if that happens?! Rhetoricals...LOL.

Somebody help the American Political System...it has fallen and it can't get up...! You would think that as great as everyone says this nation is, we could come up with at least one candidate with a freekin' brain (my God Man). Oh well...it makes for some interesting reality TV if nothing else. Too bad it's actually a matter of life and death but that seems to be besides the point. If it sounds to you like I'm down on the American Political system (if that's what you call it) YOU'D BE RIGHT.

Looking back at this article makes me laugh a little. I now have found Ron Paul. Even if he doesn't make the cut, at least I have found someone running for office I like.

Politics are a stress that like worry won't usually accomplish anything if you let it in your mind too much..except mess up your bowel movements. There doesn't seem like too much of a point to even labeling people into separate "parties...should just be a free for all
