He spends over an hour with new patients on their first visit. Before going in, the patient fills out a nine page questionnaire form so Dr. Warshowsky knows all about your condition before the appointment. You do not feel rushed or feel as though he is in a hurry to see the next patient. He sets aside a good amount of time for everyone whether it is the first or 10th visit. He is very thorough and complete and welcomes any questions gladly. I am able to contact him easily by email if I have any questions about anything, and he gets back to me the next day.
Dr. Warshowsky does not accept any kind of insurance, but the office will give you a claim to submit to your insurance company. My first office visit cost $465, but I will get 70% of that back from my insurance. Follow up visits are about $160 each time.
I decided to visit a holistic/homeopathic doctor because I have been dealing with a form of migraine headaches for over a year. After being on two very strong medications that did not work, I decided it was time to see this type of a doctor. My neighbor had recommended this doctor to me because she is a patient herself and spoke very highly of him.
For my first visit, the doctor did plenty of blood work, he gave me a natural supplement, put me on a 28 day detox diet and gave me an organic urine test. I feel like all the money I have spent so far is well worth it. When you go to regular doctors, they are not as thorough. They are trained to just give medicine. Holistic doctors are trained in natural supplements, and they really get down to the root of the problem. I am confident that this doctor will be able to pinpoint my condition. If you are looking for a holistic doctor and live in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Warshowsky.
