Dr. Oz was back on the Oprah Show today telling us like it is. Answering the questions we all want answers too, but are to embarrassed to ask. Today's topics range from gas relief to nose cleaning. Dr. Oz answers the question, "Can you be allergic to your husbands sperm?"

Did you know that your body releases 1 liter of gas each day. Of course, not all at once but in approximately 14 little poofs. For those of you who would like to know if it hurts to hold it in the answer is yes, at the time it may. It won' t do any long term damage to hold back the wind, but it can become painful at the time due to the pressure of gas in your intestines. Dr. Oz says that it is OK to fluff, everyone does it. He does say to just be careful not to drop the bombs in small confined spaces for for friends comfort. Did you know that even though beans create more gas it doesn't stink. The stink bombs come from meats, eggs, and foods like cauliflowers. They breakdown to leave sulfur and this creates the methane gas that can sometimes smell like a stink bomb.

Have you been "Rolfed" lately? Don't know what that is well, Dr. Oz took the scrubs off to get rolfed on Oprah. It is a type of massage. It is adeep tissue massage that helps put your body back in the position it is meant to be in. Dr. Oz suggested massage as a regular maintain on your body, although he suggested Rolf massage for those that had trauma to their body. He says massage helps restore your lymphatic system.

Could you be allergic to your husbands sperm? Well yes you can. It can cause an allergic reaction just like anything else with whelps or hives and irritation to the skin. Dr. Oz says it's no big deal just use a condom to prevent the sperm from contacting the skin. In fact, it is most likely not the sperm that you are allergic to but the protein that is carried with the sperm. It can cause fertility problems in some women who's body reacts to the sperm as if it was a bacteria invading the body.

Do you use a nose bidet? This is a Neti pot used to clean your sinus and nose out. It should be used by people with chronic sinus problems as well as those with allergies. It maybe just as effective as other methods to treat chronic sinus infections. Dr. Oz says never use plain water in them. Instead he suggested using warm salt water. He says when there is inflammation, the water can get in there when the snot cannot get out.

Do you have stinky feet? Dr. Oz says our feet have a 1/4 million sweat glands. Even though sweat doesn't cause the smell it does allow a place for bacteria to grow. If you have sweaty feet look for small pity holes in your feet where the bacteria maybe hiding. He also suggest to take tea bags and make a lukewarm solution to soak your feet in. The tanic acid will cause your feet to tan and dry out.
