Sir Mix-A-Lot
At about 2:10 in the above clip, Isabella responds with "I like Big Boats, I cannot Lie" after talking to a Desire Demon. It's a reference to the Sir Mix-A-Lot "Baby Got Back". You can checkout the original music video here.
In the above clip, Isabella states "Step one, we go to Velasco. Step two, something exciting happens. Step three, profit!" It's a reference to the Underwear Gnomes episode in South Park. You can see the South Park clip here.
The Simpsons
When talking to Bertrand, Anders says "A wizard did it." (At 1:25 in the above video.) This is a reference to a line in the Simpsons, a line now oftened used to wash away plot holes or inconsistencies. A good explanation of the phrase's origin can be found here.
X-Files and more
In the Hanged Man tavern, there is a NPC named the "Talkative Man." He regularly breaks the fourth wall with quotes such as "Do you ever feel like the world's getting... simpler? Like everything from eating to fighting is a lot less complex than it used to be?". It's a reference to the criticism of simpler game mechanics in the Dragon Age series compared to the Baldur's gate series. He says, "The truth is out there", which is a reference to a common phrase spoken in the X-files series.
Three Wolf Moon
A "Three Wolf Boon" ring can be found in Dragon Age II. It's a play on the internet meme "Three Wolf Moon", which you can read on Wikipedia and see the original text at Amazon.
Baldur's Gate
The side quest "The One True Pantaloons" likely references the "pantaloons" items that existed in the Baldur's Gate series.
Baldur's Gate
In the Hanged Man, Varric will mention the waitress Edwina several times. Edwina is a reference to the mage Edwin, who is turned into a woman in Baldur's Gate 2.
Cheers
In the Hanged Man, Isabela and Varric will state that they love the Hanged Man because it's a place where "everyone knows your name." It's a reference to the theme song from the TV sitcom Cheers.
Jade Empire
When Varric is asked about how he named his crossbow Bianca, he states "Well, Mirabelle was taken." This is likely a reference to a gun in Jade Empire, another Bioware developed game.
Friends
When looking out a window in his mansion, Hawke will say, "Maker's breath! Put some clothes on man!" It's likely a reference to Ugly Naked Guy character on Friends.
When going to the Hanged Man, Aveline will say, "A hive of scum and villainy. Every city needs the outlet." This is reference to the Obi-Wan Kenobi line in Star Wars. You can hear the original clip here (YouTube).

One of the times you speak to Sandal in your mansion, he will end the conversation with "I saw something nasty in the woodshed." It's a quote from the movie Cold Comfort Farm. You can hear the quote here.
Zork
During your Deep Roads exploration, several of the hired men will discuss being eaten by Grues. It's a reference to the creatures from the video game Zork.
Dragon Age: Origins
In the above clip, you'll see the bartender from The Hanged Man note the decline in the pigeon population of Ferelden. It's a likely reference to Shale's hatred of pigeons in Dragon Age: Origins.
Dragon Age: Origins
A "Rod of Fire Request Form" can be found as a junk item. It references the Mage Origin in the original game.
Dragon Age: Origins
You can find a painting of Oghren concept art in the Hanged Man tavern. It's near Isabella. You can see the painting shortly in the first few seconds of this video. It's the art that's here.
