Drawn: The Painted Tower PC Video Game Review

Drawn: The Painted Tower is a beautiful game in which you set out to free Iris from the top of the tower. Each floor is locked and you must complete different puzzles to unlock the next door. You must enter painting and find clues in order to save Iris in time.

This game is much like the Dream Chronicles saga. You must find different opjects that interact with other items to proceed. You do have hints available to you, but they are vague, so it doesn't ruin the fun. I found on the first level I had just a little bit of trouble figuring out exactly what I was supposed to do but once I got going it was easier to complete the tasks. I completely love the graphics and animations in this one. It is darkly beautiful in it's own way. This is surely going to be a new favorite.

I would have to say that my only complaint was at the beginning. I felt almost thrown into the game. This isn't a really big concern though, and soon I felt confident in what I was doing.

Drawn: The Painted Tower is available from the Bigfish games website at www.bigfishgames.com and you can try it out for free. If you are a member of the Big Fish game club the title is only $6.99. Quite a bargain. Another great thing is that if you get stuck the site has a forum that you can either ask your question or look around to see if someone else may have already asked .

I recommend this game highly to any adult that loves hidden object games. These are typically much easier for older people, but I don't see why older children wouldn't love it as well. I would not reccomend this for a smaller child unless they are very good at PC games.
