The Disney team in Florida as well as in California have been able to see lots of dreamers in Disney World since the Year of a Million Dreams started in October 2006.

Many lucky guests have succeeded to receive a Fastpass to the Disney attractions, tickets to fully booked Disney events, cruises on the wonderful Disney ships and many other things. Visitors from Europe as well as from California have seen their dreams come true. The dreams varies from time to time and everything can happen!
In this article you will be able to read about some of the dreams that have been fulfilled in Disney World so far:
In January 2007 a family from DeWitt in Michigan won a wonderful prize. They got the chance to sleep in the castle belonging to Cinderella, in Disney's Magic Kingdom for one night. They enjoyed their dinner in the restaurant of the castle and after that they slept in the new suite in Cinderella's property. The reason why this family, named Fouch, won this amazing prize was that the son of the family was lucky to sit in the right chair at the right time in Disney MGM Studios Star Tours simulator. A computer picked him out to win this astonishing experience. For one day and one night they had the chance to live like kings and queens.
A person working for the Disney Dream Squad told a very happy family from Miramar, the Hawkins family, that they had been lucky enough to win one more vacation in Walt Disney World Resort. The prize had a value of $5 200. They were told this exciting thing when they visited the Spaceship Earth in the park named Epcot.
Estella Vilegas from California won the greatest prize ever, she was given a trip for her and three more people on the first Disney cruise ever. The cruise was worth $13 650 and it took place in May 2007 from Port Canaveral and it sailed to Barcelona in Spain.
Oral Koehling from Mainehad his dreams come true when he visited Space in the Epcot park. He won a trip to Italy where he could experience beautiful places like Venice and Rome for nine days and eight nights together with three of his friends. This vacation package is worth over $25 000 and it really was a dream prize to win.
A man from Vermont, Robert Zwonik won a chance to see a Finding Nemo musical which can't be seen on DVD, TV or anything like that. He received a VIP place as well.
The White family from Utah were given a wonderful gourmet dinner at a restaurant in the Disneyland resort, where they had a menu recommended by the cook himself.
Craig Martin came all the way from England to visit Magic Kingdom. He probably doesn't regret that since he won a wonderful chance to be a VIP guest at the well known Party for the Senses, which is a part of the International food and wine festival in Epcot. This is an event where you get the chance to enjoy plenty of delicious wines, beers and perfectly prepared meals. The value of this prize is about $300.
Irene Sorensen from California won a great prize. She was given the chance to bring her friends to the new Mickey Mouse Penthouse. They were allowed to stay there for one night and experience an amazing dinner, wonderful fireworks and many other wonderful events.
A woman from Yakima, Becca Allen had a wonderful Valentine's Day. The reason why was because the Dream Cast gave her a chance to get inside the Main Street Apartment of Walt Disney and get a VIP tour there. They could see all the things that was there from the beginning, which have been used by Walt Disney himself and his family. After the tour they had a wonderful dinner in one of the great restaurants named Blue Bayou. This prize is worth $340.
Even though all these dreams have been given away there are still many more dreams to be fulfilled. Visitors of the parks as well as online visitors still have plenty of chances to win a great prize. They might get to meet a Disney character or a celebrity, or maybe win a wonderful cruise experience, or some other wonderful dream.
Other things that is possible to win is amazing trips to London or Paris where you can enjoy the Disney parades. You might even get the chance to be a grand marshal in the parades and travel around the globe in 14 days to participate in every parade. That trip would be worth about $45 000.
Even if you don't have the possibility to visit one of the parks, you still have a chance to win. You can send a mail with your dream and you might be the lucky winner. You can find more information if you visit the website www.disneyparks.com/rules
