Dreaming Alone

Can't Touch My Love

LarrWayne Po

I listened for your distant thoughts, while hushed.

I saw in a vision, you watching me,

The face of your angel, with sincere love,

A timely visit found reality.

I saw in the play, it had to be you.

Extremely, were the similarities.

Even your eyes said, we are of one tune.

In fear of hurt, camouflaged clarity

Said, behind the wall, there is precious love.

Innocent desires with innocent dreams

Said, here is a soft heart, dare you to touch?

You was too real to just be vanity.

You vanished from my sight. Where did you go?

I can't touch my love, whilst dreaming alone.

All dreams are alone... until we dream someone else into them.
