Dreaming about having a dream and waking up from a dream, most likely all of us have had a dream like that before, I know I have. Dreaming of having a dream, and then falling back into the dream again, only to never actually wake up, and with all this you might recall waking up and thinking, "Was that just a dream?" This can represent the many levels of reality and understanding we may experience as humans. This may represent that your subconscious mind is exploring the possibilities of awareness. This can be a most definite sign that you may be testing the boundaries of reality, the boundaries of your waking life.
This point in your life and with this dream, this can be an especially creative time in your life right now with many things going on with your waking life. This may signify that you may also risk fooling yourself about what is real in your life and what isn't real in your reality, your waking life.
I have heard many people say that they don't dream or that they never exactly remember their dreams. The fact is that everybody dreams, and when you remember your dreams more often, it gets a little easier as the time passes by. What I have been doing lately to remember my dreams is to keep a dream journal right by my bed, so the first thing I do when I wake is jot down the fundamentals of my dream right then and there. I do it before even getting out of bed or talking to anyone, it only takes a minute. So I can analyze it more when I am fully awake and understand it better.
By doing this, soon the images from your dreams will be easy to pluck out of those very first moments upon waking and maybe you can find out something more about yourself.

Post a CommentI should start keeping a journal. I always tell myself I'll remember, and then I don't. I love your dream analysis articles!
Dreams are so interesting, great information here.
Hmm . . . my dream last night was odd . . . it was like it was a nightmare, but I knew what it was and something like that wouldn't be a nightmare, but it made me wake, and at least I got to sleep after thinking about flowers. However, I found that I was sideways on my bed in the morning!
Dreams are fascinating. Thanks for your insight. :-)
This is a wonderful series, I'm learning so much - thanks.
