Dreams, What They Mean

The Things We Take from a Dream

Catdog
A wave of moisture fills the air
The sandy ocean breeze through my hair
I blink lightly not to miss the view
Of the sun setting atop the horizon new
Tasting the salty sweet sprays off the waves
Tropical islands, cliffs, forests, and caves

A paradise I design in my head
For the purpose of a quick trip
All the places I visit, I've read
On the decks of my cruise ship
The top towers glisten in the sun's image
Reflecting across the bay, blinding suffrage

My eyes wide open to examine myself
Tucked away in my bed
Sun reflects off my shelf
All was in my head.
Just another day trip I took
Close your eyes, try a look!

Never close yourself from the creation
Of the dreams, inspiring the vision!
