Dreams Unlimited Travel Agency: Booking a Trip Online

Planning our 2005 trip to Disney World, I decided to use a travel agent. This was our first family vacation, and I wanted it be one my son and I would remember for years to come.

After reading reviews about Dreams Unlimited Travel (www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com) and calling my local travel agencies, I decided to book my dream vacation with Dreams. One of the reasons I chose them was they specialize in Disney vacations.

I contacted Dreams through its Web site for a quote on my vacation. Less than 24 hours later ,I had a quote in my in-box. The quote I was given was compared to both my local travel agency and to Disney World.com. The price was comparable so I sent my deposit of $200 to Dreams. I was then teamed up with a travel agent who would be my contact until my vacation was over.

Marla e-mailed me to introduce herself as my agent. She explained to me all that Disney had to offer and when dining due dates where. She was always an email away to answer questions or make changes to my vacation. Which I happen to do on a regular basis. I could make all my payments on the secured website and email Marla any questions that I had.

Dreams became my hero when my sister and niece suddenly decided to join us on our trip. I had my sister go to the Web site and ask for a Disney quote as this is where all reservations start. I emailed Marla to inform her that my sister was asking for a quote and would be going with us on a separate reservation. Marla was able to pick up my sister's reservation. This was very important to me as we would all be dining together and it would make it easier for us. Marla was even able to get reservations to Cindy's Table (Breakfast with Cinderella) one of the hardest reservations to get at Disney World.

One of the perks that Dreams offered that others could not was dining reservations. All I had to do was inform Marla of what day, time and place we wanted to dine and she took care of the reservations. My sister and niece dined with us for each meal except, when I took my son to a Character breakfast and her and my niece had breakfast with Cinderella. This was great having all of us on the same reservation and being able to dine together.

Another perk that Dreams offered was setting up our ground transfers from the Orlando Airport to Disney World. I only had to give Marla our arrival and departure times and she had it all taken care of. When I boarded my plane at home all I had to do when I got to Orlando was check in with Disney transportation and I was on my way to my vacation, even my luggage was delivered right to my room. So we could hit a park or two since we arrived in the early afternoon. No waiting at baggage claim for us.

The best perk of all is Dreams will look for discounts on your trip. If Disney releases a discount on your trip before you go, then Dreams will have Disney apply it to your trip. If you use another agency or Disney you have to do the leg work and find these discounts. Imagine how happy my sister and I were that the day before final payment was due, Disney released a discount and we both saved $350. That makes you even happier to go on vacation.

My paperwork from Disney that included my transportation and hotel vouchers were delivered right to my door. Dreams let me know when they were being sent so I could look for them. I did not have to do any chasing or calling to find where my papers were. Dreams also included an itinerary that I could print out with all our dining reservation numbers and times on them. This was a great way for us to keep up on where we had to be and when.

After we arrived home, Marla emailed me to ask if we had a great vacation. Even though her work was done, as we were done vacationing she still followed up with me. I was very impressed.

Dreams Unlimited and Marla showed professionalism in answering all of our changes. The payments were credited to the correct account in a timely fashion. All of our dining needs were met. Even though I never spoke to a live person, I could not have asked for better service. I would book my next Disney vacation through them with no hesitation.
