This is my recipe for hot chicken dip. This goes great with tortilla chips or even as a topping for baked potatoes and other veggies. I have adapted this recipe over time to my liking. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Serves 20
20 ounces canned chicken breast
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
4 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 small onion (minced)
1/2 medium green pepper (chopped into small pieces)
8 ounces sour cream
4 ounces jalapeno peppers (optional)

Place all ingredients in a medium-sized crockpot.2
Melt ingredients in crock pot on low heat.3
Serve dip hot, with tortilla chips.4
You may keep this dip by keeping it on low heat, or, you can cool it and reheat later.Tip
You can substitute leftover chicken or grilled chicken breast for the chicken, but I have found that canned is easiest and best in this recipe.
