2 Apple - large red delicious, gala or fuji
2 Pear - large bosh or red
12 Orange or Tangerine Sections
12 Cherries - Fresh or Maraschino
1 cup Rasins - brown or golden
4 Cinnamon Sticks
12 Cloves
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
2 cups Fruit Brandy ( Apricot, Cherry Blackberry, or your favorite flavor)
2 cups Cream Sherry (Sweet)
1 cup Bourbon
1 cup Walnut Pieces (unsalted preferably)

Cut Fruit Into Bite Size Pieces
Core, seed and dice apples and pears into bite size pieces (approximately 1" square). Peel oranges or tangerines and separate into sections. Remove stems and pits from cherries and leave whole. Set aside in large mixing bowl, add walnuts and gently toss.2
Combine brandy, sherry and bourbon with Sugar and Honey and Cloves
Mix in a bowl or tumbler ... as if you were making a cocktail.3
Put Fruit, Nuts and Liquid Mixture In Half Gallon Glass Jar
Place fruit gently in a large half gallon jar ... or several smaller glass mason or similar jars with lids. Pour in liquid mixture. Place cinnamon sticks in jars. Put lids tightly on jar (s) and refrigerate for at least a week.Tip
Serve in glass dessert glasses. Makes a great topping for cakes, pies, custards or even ice cream. Bon Appetite!
