Ducks' James Named to Another All-America Team

Oregon running back LaMichael James was, on Tuesday, named to his fourth official All-America team for the 2010 college football season.

James, a redshirt sophomore who led the nation in rushing, was chosen for the Associated Press All-America team, putting him one selection away from becoming the Ducks' first unanimous All-American in school history.

The NCAA officially recognizes five All-America teams, and the fifth - The Sporting News team - has yet to be announced. James has already been named to the other four - the AP team, the American Football Coaches Association team, the Watler Camp Football Foundation team and the Football Writers Association of America team.

James won the Doak Walker Award as the nation's best running back while leading the country with 1,682 rushing yards. He also scored a school-record 22 rushing touchdowns while playing in 11 of the Ducks' 12 games in 2010.

Oregon finished the season 12-0 and will take on Auburn for the national title in the BCS National Championship game in Glendale, Arizona on January 10, 2011.
